Cervo Analytics ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, organization, email address, and any optional details you choose to share (phone, organization size, timeline, services of interest and your message).
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. We use this for security and to keep the site running.
- Anti-abuse data. To prevent spam, the contact form uses a temporary session cookie and records a one-way hashed form of your IP address for a short time to limit repeated submissions.
Cookies
This site uses a single strictly necessary session cookie on the contact page to protect the form against forgery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The IT Leadership Checklist runs entirely in your browser; your answers are not saved or sent to us.
How we use information

Sharing

This site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections and uses security controls designed to protect submitted information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send passwords or other sensitive data through the form.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. Oklahoma's Consumer Data Privacy Act, for example, takes effect on January 1, 2027. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, and we honor access, correction and deletion requests from any visitor, whether or not a specific law applies.
