FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is a fractional CIO?
An experienced IT executive who works with your organization part-time. You get strategic leadership, budget ownership and vendor management without a full-time salary.
How is this different from my IT provider (MSP)?
Your IT provider keeps systems running. A fractional CIO sets direction, holds vendors (including your provider) accountable, and connects technology to business goals.
Do you work with organizations outside Oklahoma?
Yes. We are based in Oklahoma and work with clients remotely across the United States, with on-site visits as needed.
Can you help us pass a specific audit?
Yes. We prepare organizations for frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA and NIST CSF. The audit itself is performed by an independent auditor.
How long does a low-code app take?
Most first versions launch in 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity and integrations.
What size organizations do you work with?
Most clients have 20 to 500 employees, but the right fit depends more on need than headcount.
Is there a long-term contract?
Retainers typically continue month to month after an initial term. Projects are scoped and priced individually.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We treat your data and systems with the same care we would our own, and we are happy to sign your NDA.
How do we get started?
Book a discovery call. If we are a good fit, you will have a proposal within a few business days.
